I made 1 virtual cachethat is wheelchair friendly, but failed to read that MONUMENTS are off limits so MTN-Man 86'd me. Oh well. I'm still trying to make it work, like and offset cache or something.
I have seen several places to make wheelchair caches, up high. But they are prone to muggles. That is a good challenge. Make a good wheelchair accessable TRADITIONAL cache that would survive.

I plan to move one of my caches (appx 15ft) to make it accessible from a to wheelchairs from a nearby path- I still have to do some testing, check the undergrowth and condition of the path, etc - but I think I will be able to do it.
The next cache I place will either be a multi, with the starting location being 100% wheelchair accessible - or 2 seperate hides, one the WCA cache - the other being the longer hike.
Since I will probably go under the knife fairly soon, (ACL)I need to plan ahead!
I will be posting them to the site mentioned- hopefully that list grows |
