Need ideas where people would want to eat/meet/greet in Duluth or Superior on a Sunday.
Perkins?
OCB?
The area has gone too long without a meetup, and I've been itching to do one for a while. |

OCB worked good last time. Sundays are bad days (for me anyway). _________________ Hmm... |

Propose it for a BB. It has been a while since we had on up there. _________________ "We never seek things for themselves-what we seek is the very seeking of things"-Pascal |

Gonna be in Hinckley next month, but I can do a Duluth one too soon. _________________ Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. |

Even if Neo does her event, I'd still love to have another BB up here. The more the better! _________________ Hmm... |

| Trouble for me is I work Saturdays 9-5, so I was thinking a bit of a breakfast get together on a Sunday morning. |

I can see the dilemma then.
Sundays are typically church days.
What about a Saturday dinner? We've had a number of dinner ones over the years.. I heard that the Bulldog Pizza event went well although I didn't make it to that one. _________________ Hmm... |

That's a good idea too. I've been thinking about the Indian restaurant downtown, because their food is SO good. (we love the buffet) and the guys that work there give great service. But I understand that not everyone loves Indian food, lol. So perhaps a Sammy's Pizza or OCB would be a better fit
My work schedule is so stupid. M-TH and Saturday, with Friday and Sunday off. |

That is kind of a pain.
A Saturday evening might be fun this summer some time. Hubs and I could make a weekend of it, get a nice hotel. If we don't have other obligations we would come! _________________ "We never seek things for themselves-what we seek is the very seeking of things"-Pascal |

I've never planned an event before, lol. Perhaps I will plan this one for sometime in May.
I think i might throw together a little coffee m&g sometime in the near future, just for kicks too, to get familiar with the planning aspect. |

I'll be happy to answer any questions about setting up an event that you may have. Just give me a shout. _________________ Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. |

The hardest part in this area is finding a location that can accomodate a group of ~30+ during a meal time without committing to buy x dollars of food or paying an upfront fee.
I can give you suggestions if you like.. It's a very short list, although it's been a couple of years since I've called around to make reservations for a large group. _________________ Hmm... |

A favorite Duluth stop of mine is the Hacienda del Sol(http://www.hacienda-del-sol.com/).
Maybe time to bring the Buritto Buddies up north?
