I came across a unactivated 2006 Compass Roses and a Rhode Island coins, are they worth any thing or should I drill a hole in them and release them in a cache?

I would look om EBay to see if anyone else is selling them, and if so, for what.

Compass Rose coins seem to do okay on eBay but the Rhode Island may be tougher to get a good price for.
