we just came across this new type of travel bug.
this is where you can create your own traveler.
check out the website http://www.travelertags.com
we did and created a tag to see how it would work.
we already have had it picked up and moved once.
what is cool about it is you can create your own travel tag and send it on its way. it is different in way from geocoin or traveltags, but you can still have your tag do a special task and have it tracked on the travelertag website.

I went at looked at these travel tags, but the website is VERY confusing to figure out. It is not clear whether they are sending you something, or just giving you access to the site.

Yes it takes bit to figure out. they give you access and 10 free traveltag ids where you can create a traveler.. you make your own traveler id tag and attach it like a travelbug tag. of course the orginal travel bug and geocoins are tops, but we thought it was something someone may be interested in.. a trackable item that you can setup and track for free..
you know how people are when it comes to free things. just some newbies
sharing some thing we thought to be neat.
