I have changed the language of the charter. The must commit 100% is out.
I understand that many people can help, with food preperation, temp caches, etc, but are unable to do it all.
Rather than confuse the issue I just removed the offending language. |

Good start! I would like them to read more like this:
Find place to have event.
Plan event and help how you can.
Get event listed and posted.
Most important-have fun!
But you have a good start.  |

I don't have everyone's email address so I was thinking this would be the most appropriate place to post this.
The board is looking for a status update on how this is coming along. If one of the com peeps could shoot something off to the board email addy containing:
The com leader
The choices for parks
Any pertinent status updates
Much appreciated!

I have done that a few times. I think the board@mngca.org is also not working. I tried PMing the board too...Not sure if that went anywhere either. I guess I'm the leader and a date and park have been selected. email me directly for an update.
