I have just requested and been sent the Maple Grove Parks and Recreation Geocaching policy. They also have a site registration form to be sent to the city. I know this would be helpful for future use, please let me know if I could scan this and send it to someone to be included in the available information, thanks.

Is the form available in a digital format from their site? I can see how it'd be a benefit to have a digital copy for everyone.

The city contact said she could email me the information, but then she mailed it. I thought I could scan it and email the scan or a .pdf so it could be incorporated into the guideline section. She isn't in today. Let me know if I should get it to someone ro check with her in the morning. The MG website has no direct link to the rules or form.

I recieved this reply to a message sent to thank Patty for her help on this. I don't really know how to respond. Possibly after reviewing the policy a representative from MnGCA could contact her and establish a direct connection. The policy has a couple things that are a little restrictive as I look at it. I could also continue a discussion with her if I was given "official" feedback or some general direction MnGCA would like to provide. What do you think?
