My point is when are special logging requirements exclusionary and serve only to reward the elitist cachers. When zero to very very few people are allowed to log them they may not be a great idea.

It makes no difference what the special requirements are about caching, one armed lepers or anything else.

Fischer Price My First Cache is about caching, everyone has a first cache, unfortunately if you already are a cacher you wouldn't be able to log this one but it could be a really cool cache. If it were a large cache and loaded with "My First Cache Kits", these could contain a couple of pencils, some bug repellent towelettes, a set of batteries, a state map, small notebook, a preprinted certificate stating the cache name with a spot for the finder to enter their name and date, etc. I think this is a great idea. Someone run with this one if you want.

May Last Cache, well every body that finds one cache will have a last cache. Not much point to this on other than the pure power of special logging requirements. Power!

Correctional Facility Workhouse Workhouse. The point of this is that far more people can log this than 100 FTF, 100 Letterbox, 100 etc. How many cachers have had a DWI that required them to spend a weekend incarnated? Far more than the Century contingency.

I'm not against special logging requirements but I am against special logging requirements that the exclude the vast majority. I think they are creative and fun as long as they don't exclude the vast majority. Or at least there is a nearby cache that is the opposite to make things fair.

I would bet that number was chosen as it is the first big(?) milestone for cachers whether number of caches, TB's moved, etc.. Lets just be glad it wasn't 1000! I don't think 100 of anything makes anyone an elitist more than those that can solve puzzles are elitist. Different types of caches for different types cachers is a good thing.
