Is it possible then for someone to "publish" a weekly gpx file of all of MN? Could the MnGCA do something like that? Is there anyway the MnGCA can persuade GC to do this? I guess, I would think GC would be willing to do something like this.

The GPX files are pretty strictly controlled so I doubt that can be done.
On the topic of historic caches though. I got interested in the historic MN caches a while back and tried to figure out all caches placed in Minnesota during 2000-2001 and came up with this list: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=punSZ3GI4xwkXzzak2AytdQ&hl=en
I'm sure I'm missing some and I might have other mistakes in there as well. Please email me, gps@july15.com, if you have some good records of old caches or if you see some errors in the spreadsheet and I'll update/correct it.
