I found a dog tag today in Maggie and Sadie's Dog Cache. It was dropped off in London by the KaiserKlan on 11/24/03 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=63f50c98-e5a1-4c96-a088-9dae846603cb
What is up with them? I would rember if I left it in London or Minnesota! _________________ Well the first days are the hardest days, don't you worry any more

Today I recived this e-mail from the KaiserKlan
Please tell me which cache you found Bo Peeps Sheep Travel Bug in, it's a mystery waiting for a story or something like that anyway. Bo Peeps Sheep was originally put in a cache on the prime meridian in Greenwich England, which was plundered and lost shortly after. A few days ago the owner of that cache found her tag while doing some litter pick up in the park. Now she shows up in Minnesota, I have got to know how this happened.
YIKES!
Thanks
Here is the page for the bug.

Well that is interesting indeed!!!
The user "maggiesadie" is a non geocacher I had the pleasure of meeting in Galloway park about a year ago. She is one of the elected officials on the Champlin city council and is in FAVOR of folks geocaching in her community! (so be nice to her!)
My doggie themed cache in that park is named after her two dogs.
As far as I know, she still walks Sadie on those trails every day (Maggie died last November) and visits their cache fairly regularly to read the logs and such.
Not a surprise she left a tag she found in that cache (since it is the only cache she knows where it is).
I wonder if KaiserKlan dropped the tag themselves when they visted that park last December?.... probably lost in the snow. |

Is the tag the original? The photo on the bug page is a copy tag. KK lost the original tag (How do you do that?) then used the copy tag to launch the bug.
The lamb was stolen with the cache it was in.
Mystery solved. |

The tag I have is the real tag with a chain on it only. The whole thing is strange. _________________ Well the first days are the hardest days, don't you worry any more
