I have GSAK on both my computers, is there away to move the data from one to the other? Like take one of the databases and email it to the other computer? Or download to a flashdrive?
I was kind of looking for a "send to" button.

You can export the whole database. File->Export. Then pick GPX.

Another option would be to try the backup/restore function of GSAK. Backup your database, then take the file to the other PC and restore it. That may be the better choice as I think some of your settings go with the backup.

Backup and restore works for me.

My desktop computer, where I do most of my GSAK managing is set to do automatic backups, so the lastest data is always saved in GSAKAuto1.zip.

When I want to work with GSAK on my laptop, I just do a restore over the network, and it pulls in the latest data.

There are some neat features available with restore, too:

--You can pull in all or any of your databases. You'll get a selector when you start the restore.
--You can import all the settings from your other installation.
--You can import filters from your other installation.

I've found this to be a painless way to keep both computers up to date.

We also us gsak on both our computers. the thing that we do to keep both systems upto date is to go to the gsak program folder on the computer and just copy the data folder and macro folder from one computer to the other. We just use a 256M flash card and copy the files to that then move to the second machine, pop in the flash card and copy to the C:\gsak folder. and when we start gsak all the information is there so both systems can work with the data.
