|
|
I picked up a bug (Leggs) in Hastings (Georgeous) the other day. Got an email from a bbc producer in the UK on Saturday asking if I could take a picture of Leggs at a landmark of some sort and forward the picture to him for use in a short piece he is doing for BBC television on geocaching. It seems old Leggs started his journey in Ireland. I took the bug down to the river in downtown St. Paul and shot the picture and sent it to him. He asked if I could send another when I drop off Leggs. Tomorrow I will take a shot of Leggs on the shores of Lake Michigan at a cache that overlooks that body of water. There is more fun to this than just locating caches! |

Cool! I had leggs about two months ago, big sucker.
If the BBC posts the story on-line, it would be cool to see a link here, so if anybody sees it... =) _________________ "I bet you can't tell me what it smells like in the Sistine Chapel." - Sean to Will, Good Will Hunting |

It's funny to see this guy back in the Twin Cities. When this guy first got to the USA I brought him down to Madison and now he has made his way slowly back. He must have some homing instincts. |

Speaking of pogopod -- he has been geocaching now for appx 40 days and has logged 32 bugs...... I don't want to hear any more complaints about MY bug grabbing ways
(I am afraid Chris and I have some new competition - he will catch up to both of us in about 3 months at this rate) |
