A quick note on cache series.

I've noticed that it is fairly common that series of caches are nominated. As the CoTM rules state that only
one cache can be nominated per month per person only one of the caches in the series will be nominated.

To still highlight the entire series, I will start adding the links to all stages in the end of the nomination.
Also, when you nominate a series unless you specify which cache you prefer to nominate, I will assume the first
cache in the series is nominated.

I believe this is the way I've handled it in the bookmark lists on gc.com as well. It is certainly the way I'm handling it now.
