They start with their own missions, you are just supposed to set them free! _________________ "We never seek things for themselves-what we seek is the very seeking of things"-Pascal |

I guess I should have stated that the mission for the Diabetes TB is already chosen. My TB is going to Parys, South Africa. So I looked it up and there is a cache nearby. It alot further than I want to travel. _________________ Summer is too short |

I got my TB in the mail on Saturday. Just in time for X-mas. Anyway I put mine in a cache that I replaced, due to the old one being damp inside. Mine needs to get to some town in germany. I don't think I could even pronounce the town it is going to.

I haven't got the log done yet placing it but plan to do that today yet. _________________ King of the Jeff Gordon TB's!

| Got mine on Dec 22 also. They must have done a massive shipment all on one day. |

I received mine just in time to put it in a cache for Christmas. Today I took "Erice, Italy" Unite for Diabetes TB1BFDH out. I'll wait for a new cache to pop up so I can get it moving. Italy is a long way from here.
I added a "mission tag" to the TB so people know where its headed. I printed a map on the tag as well. The good news is that Italy is very distinctive. |

Ordered mine a couple weeks ago, and wasn't locked out like I was with the Jeep thing, so hopefully that means they were still available when I signed up - now I just have to wait and see if they ship to an APO address in the hinterlands of Afghanistan!!! BTW, found out about these travel bugs a couple of days after my mother emailed me that she was just diagnosed with type II diabetes. _________________ There comes a time in every young boy's life when he gets an irresistible urge to seek buried treasure.--Mark Twain |

| Just as a point of interest if you could post this in your forum pages. We have just recieved the "Ham Lake, United States of America" Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug in the mail and will be releasing it near Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in a new cache. If any of your members are interested in watching this bug who wishes to travel to Ham Lake the reference is TB1C19M. |

They do ship those bugs to an APO address - the goal of the one I got is to go somewhere in France, so it'll be a round-about journey for it to get there (I'm thinking the next cache I find is going to be back in Minnesota). _________________ There comes a time in every young boy's life when he gets an irresistible urge to seek buried treasure.--Mark Twain |
