Is anyone else having problems with the "View Posts since last visit" link in the forums? I keep getting popped into a "general error" box with a debugger, and even though I really do want to go in and debug things, I'm figuring I'd screw it up worse.
Anyone else having the same issues?

Sometimes, it's the current host. They suck and that's why we are working to move away from them.
It should be resolved once the domain transfers go through and we switch everything over. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

Thanks everyone for letting me know. I'd had some errors on my system this morning when I tried to access the site, but I just thought it was site problems. The "view latest posts" was the only problem that stuck around, and once I knew that it was this crappy system I'm on I got it fixed.

Yup, that's one of the error's I've seen today.
However, how does that prove I'm not crazy?

That's not the same error that celtic explained but I just got the database error too because there must not be enough database connections available. I'll bet that is a server limitation and not something we can fix. But it could be related the recent slowness of the site. _________________ Tupperware doesn't belong in the kitchen! |

Because this site runs on a shared server, another site could be running a script that is taking up too many resources and directly impacting everyone else on this particular machine.
It's something we only have to deal with a short time longer. The PMs, e-mails, SMSs, and IMs can stop now _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

We'll still be on a shared server when we move, but hopefully the new hosting company doesn't overload there servers like 1and1. _________________ Tupperware doesn't belong in the kitchen! |

I assume that because we are actually paying for the hosting that the LoS will improve _________________ Sad state of affairs. |
