Was listening to the radio earlier and I swear I heard Hooligan's voice say the word "geocaching". Naturally when I hear the word on the radio my ears perk up (this is the first time BTW). I missed the rest of it though, other than it's something going on in Hibbing...

Yep that was my voice. Thanks for listening P.H. Hibbing was chosen as one of 17 Governors Fit Citys for 2006. Tomorrow (4/27) a kick off event is being held in Bennet Park from 3:30 to 6. I was asked by the Hibbing Parks and Rec department, which are big supporters of the sport, to have a booth at the event. So me and MnGG will be there to answer people's questions and talk about geocaching. Other things going on are disc golf demos, bike rides, walking programs, etc. It is all things designed to get people more active and enjoy being outdoors. (instead of sitting eating chips in front of the tube). Stop by if your in the area!

I'd stop if I could, but it won't fit into my schedule. Great to hear that you're promoting the sport though!
