Does anyone know where I can purchase the equipment necessary to download geocaching data to my Garmin eTrex. Also, what do I need?

I got a cable for my etrex at Gander Mountain. And you can go to http://www.easygps.com/ for free software, that lets you download coordinates from geocaching.com
