Let's stop the confusion right now. The Board had nothing to do with the original descision of the Geocoin Committee to limit the geocoin voting to MnGCA Members that agreed to the Bylaws.

The Geocoin Committee Chair approached the Webmaster and said this is what they decided on and the Webmaster made it happen.

Now that the uproar has subsided and the Geocoin Committee has rethought their descision the Webmaster will now modify the usergroups as they wish.

I say again, end the confusion, the Board had nothing to do with the Geocoin Committee's original descision.

Do you not see the confusion between the President, the Webmaster, the Vice President, and the Committee Chair being two people? Not to mention a comittee member that could not vote on their own decision till now.

I don't speak for the MnGCA. I'm a member, and I'm getting really sick of a few morons wasting the Board's time with the same questions over and over again and people whining about not knowing how to click a box. I'm also sick of the BS about the MnGCA is a big group of buddies and how everyone else is "ignored." Anyone that knows anything about the organization would know that is completely false.

For those of you that want to get involved, be involved. For those of you who want to whine and complain, get out. This especially applies to people that intentionally are not MnGCA Members that want to whine about MnGCA Member operations.

Just cut it out.

As such I will be working with the webmaster to open the permissions of the voting forum to those that met the definition of MnGCA member at the time of the Fall Membership meeting.

FLASH FLASH FLASH

The geocoin voting forum has been opened to forum participants that were eligable to vote in this years Fall Elections. If you were eligable to vote this year then you should have access to the geocoin vote forum listed below.

If you still do not have access and believe that you were eligable to vote please contact me and I will research the issue. It is possible that a member or two may have been missed in the initial cut over. So we will work the issue. But remember you must have been able to vote for this years board in order to be able to vote for the coin design.

I believe that in doing so we have addressed the concerns of the individuals that have spoken out.
