Well neighbors, the DW has decided that she wants to hit the MOA some time before Christmas. I figure if we go in Sept we can drag the camper up and I can spend the day caching.
So, is there a list of favorite caches on the MnGCA site somewhere?
Also, any suggestions for camping down around (or south of) the mall. |

Based on the fact that you get your reservations in on January 1st for May I didn't think that they would have any open spots so I didn't bother on offering that up as a suggestion.
Your multi there does pwn though Especially the views _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

| Dyl1231 and I camped at Lebanon Hills last year. 20 miles from home!!! You can do plenty of caches in Lebanon Hills, although for some reason like 50% are micros. Go figure. |

Lebanon Hills, along with plenty of other parks, should not harbor a single micro.
The two caches I have in LH, only one of which I actually hid, are both regular sized caches. In fact, my rarely found movable multi there has three REGULAR sized stages.
It never ceases to amaze me when the majority of people would rather spend two hours in that tick infested wasteland (during the summer) to find a micro when they could spend the same amount of time enjoying themselves finding a regular sized cache.
I'll never understand I guess. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

He man: find ultra micro in the woods.
She man: clever hide, regular cache in the woods.
I refer you to Easy As Falling Off A . . . regular cache! |

LOL. I need to go back there. Probably in the fall when the "She" in me doesn't have to worry about ticks and bugs and the mud not be as abundant _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

I liked that cache, it was a fun one and a beautiful walk in the woods, great hide. I think about that one often was out there with my dad when he was in town and was one of his first adventures, I think he is still amazed at MN "parks" compared to Southern CA "parks". _________________ round n' round we go! |
