Ramsey County Parks and Three Rivers Parks have cache limits and bans on parks in their district. It would be nice to have a site that lists which parks are available:

| I wonder if the list is kept update with archiving of caches. There was 1 in Phalen in Ramsey County that was archived last week. I do not believe there is any in that park anymore. |

Three Rivers Parks has an opening in any park that it is allowed. They allow three per park, and most have just one right now. Coon Rapids and Elm Creek each have two.  |
