I just bought my first color gps, a Legend C.
I really like it. I had a reg. Legend for about a year.
Anyone else using the Legend C? |

I love my Legend C. I went from a eTrex Venture to a GPSMAP 76S to the Legend C.
The only problem is that I'd like to be able to load more maps at one time... but I want a small GPSr and I like the interface on the eTrex series so the Legend C is the fit for me.
There was also new software for it released within the last month:

| I just got the Vista C, which is very similar. I took advantage of the $50 rebate Garmin has running right now. I downloaded maps to it last night. I was surprised how fast the Twin Cities downloaded to it (like 2.5 minutes). I was able to use the same MapSouce install that I use for my Garmin iQue M5. It just detected the Vista C, and unlocked the maps for it too. It used about 13 MB of the 24 MB it has. |

Which mapset did you install? MetroGuide, CitySelect, Topo? _________________ "Hi, I'm Moe, or as the women know me - Hey! You in the bushes."

| City select North America v6. I assumed that was the same thing that shipped with the Vista C. The packaging looked the same. |
