Just a quick reminder to everyone that the MnGCA General Meeting is being held this Thursday, April 28th, at Midwest Mountaineering in Minneapolis.
The meeting will start at 7pm and after official business/open floor will break into general chit chat and may end up across the street for post-meeting socializing. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

| great, found out I have to work late that evening. But fortunately, it's the kind of work that can be put off till later in the evening, so I'll be at the event, just probably won't get any of the after meeting socializing in. |

Sigh, my mgmt called a mandatory company meeting for Thu evening. I should tell them I can't make it...gotta go to a GC meeting (with obviously better fun, company, and subject matter!).
Anyway, depending on when that lets out, I may see about coming over for the post meeting visiting. But if I can't make it, sorry to have missed y'all.

For those of you interested in some eats *before* the event s4xton, Marsha, and I will be at Noodles and Company (next to Chipolte) in Seven Corners ~6:00pm or so.
It's only a block from Midwest Mountaineering so the walk isn't bad. We will all be saving gas and riding the LRT. Woot. Don't forget that there is a cache VERY CLOSE to here: http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=d5e77ff3-2fbf-43c0-8ab8-f507097373b0
Hope to see you all there _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

| That should work for me. Anyone know how midwest mountaineering is on parking? Was wondering if I could park there and walk over for dinner... |

There is a pay lot right next to MWM that they will validate for. They will not validate for the UMN lot though. You should be able to park at either without a problem but I suggest the one they validate at as it is less money.
I have had to mail in payments for that lot as I have been parked there past their gate's closing time. Just a FYI if you plan to meet up with everyone at Bullwinkles after. _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

| Cool, shouldn't be a problem here, as I'll have to return to work after the meeting. But at least I can join the pre meeting festivities. |

We'll be riding the train so we will be at the mercy of the LRT for timetables. If we are a bit late no worries! _________________ Sad state of affairs. |

| I am leaving work early today for two appointments, and I have several caches that I still need to get in the downtown Mpls. area, so depending on what time I am done with all that, I may or may not be at Noodles. |

Shoot, I'm at the mercy of work timetables, I wonder which is more unpredictable? |
