Steppenwolf headed out of the Twin Cities, with the intention of crashing the party at the Hall of Fame. Known celebrants were Superman, Wonder Woman and several other super heroes. When he made it to Illinois, the Hall of Justice had been plundered. Markwell is rebuilding it, and at this moment, Steppenwolf is in his hands.

Poor poor Steppenwolf Twisted Evil has had a hard life -- nice to see that reincarnation cloning experiment worked so well and he is finally out wreaking havoc with Markwell in IL.
