I have rather specific instructions for it's use. They don't want you to use it for anything other than official business.

Not only that, I've seen Junior High hall passes that look more official than this piece of crap.

I'm more interested in getting my map and getting to work in Marine on Saint Croix!

got mine too. I have been approved for the Saint Paul SW quad. I will also be doing the same area for firewise.

I'll bet the NMC is having a real wonder about how all of the interest in this area started all of the sudden.

So tell me did you get a nice shinnie gold or silver badge? Next you need some official ID for the car so you can park illegally and go after those caches hehe.

No seriously, I'll be doing the Farmington quad. It will be interesting to see exactly what they want us to collect data on.

You could take this from an aerial map with greater precision.

With gas so high you would think. My aerials were shot 4/14/02. You only to need drive to a few.

And don't forget to keep a log of all the miles you drive doing this. Since you are volunteering for the federal government the mileage is tax deductable.
