I saw a different admin name pop up as an approver on Wallypog's last cache. (just because I like to see who is approving MN caches besides Erik and Mtn-man)
I went and checked out his profile and website. Turns out he is the founder of the association in Maryland....On the MGS site I came across this document on ways to make sure your cache gets approved.

I thought it was interesting and helpful -- seems Maryland has some of the same issues we have here.

Sounds like a good list of guidelines for approval we can add to this website--If we can also keep up with the subtle changes in guidelines without having our own GC admin. I submitted a virtual that is a similar structure to two other virtual caches, but at first, erik88l-r wouldn't approve it because the two others were submitted before they modified the guidelines for virtual caches.
